LIFE'S A BEACH
Life's A Beach: The Fight Against Plastic & Litter Pollution was my university degree final project.
My documentary highlighted plastic and litter pollution on Blackpool's beaches (a North West England seaside resort), concentrating on how this negatively impacts upon marine and beach wildlife, including the town's residents.
I'm extremely proud of my documentary, not just because it helps promote an increasing worldwide problem but also educates viewers how they can help fight against it. I also worked extremely hard for 9 months solid, travelling back and forth between Manchester and Blackpool, investigating and researching this problem plus filmed and interviewed many hardworking people and agencies dedicated to removing this pollution problem and making Blackpool's beaches and seas cleaner and healthier for everyone.
To promote further awareness and help educate about marine plastic and litter pollution, the ‘LOVEmyBEACH’ campaign asked to share my ‘Life’s a Beach’ documentary on their website
