Hello!
Welcome to my portfolio - a selection of personal and corporate photography and videos shot and edited by myself.
Currently working as a Freelance Digital Content Creator at MediaCityUK Manchester, I thoroughly enjoy working with clients to help promote their companies, brands, events and services by producing professional and engaging digital marketing content.

PHOTOGRAPHY
I absolutely love taking and editing photographs! College media studies helped develop my interest - initially using just my iPhone to capture the beauty of Manchester's city centre. My photography and creative editing obsession steadily increasing and improving throughout university, training with and using professional camera equipment such as my favourite Canon 5D Mark iii Camera.
My first ever client was a close friend who needed my help with organising and executing a 'model' fashion shoot, using the Canon 5D, my photographs helped my friend to professionally and successfully showcase her garment designs as part of her university course. Despite working in the least glamorous conditions - a freezing cold and incredibly windy Blackpool rooftop, the shoot went amazingly well, my images needing only minimal colour adjustment and Photoshop editing to 'showcase' the model and more importantly the garments worn.
Since completing my university studies and year long internship, alongside my personal projects, I've been fortunate to photograph several products, locations and events. I'm now looking forward to collaborating with existing and new clients and companies in the future.

FILMED & EDITED
I've been engrossed with television and films since the age of three - using my parents old video tape recording machine to randomly record segments of my favouriite children's television programmes - so in a way I guess these were my first video editing experiences! As mobile phone video capture improved during my secondary school years, so did my 'classmate' directing skills and filming creativity - much to my friends' annoyance. Moving up to college and experimenting with my 'Media Studies' Canon 1200D camera vastly improved my equipment knowledge and video editing software skills, plus my content creatively - and was my first experience working as part of a film production crew - our TV Drama trailer proudly co-written, directed, filmed and edited.
My 'Higher' education was a Television and Radio degree course, studying at MediaCityUK's Salford University. The next three years were incredibly challenging and rewarding, my time spent training and working hard on creating and producing my own video projects, using industry standard Panasonic 151, Canon C100 and Sony Fs7 cameras, lighting and sound equipment, plus Adobe Premiere Pro professional editing software.
Editing (both film and photography) is my favourite production process. I love fixing and transforming film footage, especially colour correction plus sound and music enhancement. I thoroughly enjoy how my current job as a freelance digital content creator allows me to work closely together with clients, and produce engaging and promotional video content for their brands, products or services.
